Christine McHugh is an executive coach, consultant, and former Fortune 200 leader with hands-on experience, including 27 years at Starbucks.
Christine partners with leaders looking to scale their organizations, bringing a wealth of experience in strategic planning, operations, and culture development. Christine’s hobbies include endurance sports, which she began doing in her early forties, when her then-elementary-age son, Nick, invited her to participate in a 5K. She’s been running and cycling ever since, completing seven full marathons and nine bike rides of greater than 100 miles. Christine lives in Seattle with her husband, Tate, and son, Nick, and enjoys well-prepared cups of French-pressed Starbucks Caffè Verona.
